Yountville Vintage Inn and Villagio Estate

In the 1970s, the Ghilotti family, in collaboration with several other local North Bay families, acquired a 23 acre estate in Yountville, California. They developed the property into two distinctive hotels. The first, Villagio, features 112 rooms and was designed to evoke the charm of a Tuscan village. Adjacent to it, the Vintage Inn offers a more intimate experience with 80 rooms, styled in the tradition of French countryside elegance.

The estate also includes 30,000 square feet of retail space and is home to several Michelin-starred restaurants, further enhancing its reputation as a premier destination in the Napa Valley. The property was sold for $356 million in 2022.

Yountville and Healdsburg: Side by Side

The purchase and development of Yountville in the 1970’s took tremendous vision and commitment. That same vision is seen today as Vero West completes the recent acquisition of the quarry project in Healdsburg. Vero West is excited to continue its focus on generational projects in prime Northern California submarkets.
